You Can’t Plan for Crazy!
You can’t PLAN for crazy, but you can prepare for it! Crazy things happen ALL the time in our classrooms (a child lying on top of their desk spinning like a top, recess drama, eating crayons…), let me help you problem solve.
Hi my name is Natalie and I’m not afraid of crazy. I’m here to help provide the busy elementary teacher with effective strategies to integrate Social Emotional Learning (SEL) within your curriculum content by providing ready to use discussion guides, activities, games, and more!

You’re in the right place if…

Certain students make you feel like you are walking on eggshells

You have to set aside 5-10 minutes everyday to unpack the recess drama

You have had to evacuate a classroom because of a dysregulated child

You want to strengthen student intrinsic behavioral motivation
You are NOT alone!

I was thinking of YOU!
I founded Treasured and Loved to help the busy, overwhelmed, “Just let me teach!” educator find ways of integrating SEL into their required curriculum. Over the past 10 years, my teaching besties and I have had many conversations about:
-The limited time we have in our schedule
-The difficulties of incorporating ANOTHER curriculum into our day
-The increased behavioral struggles (which often results in derailed lessons)
-The increased need for accommodations
and the list could go on…
Therefore, I wanted to find a way to support my fellow educators in the most practical way I know how…. giving YOU ready to use lesson plans!
I have always loved people watching, which is probably why I chose a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health/Professional Counseling…I was paid to observe the behavior and stories of children! Today, I still use those observational skills in my elementary classroom, and determine ways to meet the needs of the individual child.
My resources are a reflection of my solutions to the behavioral, emotional, and social needs/deficits I experience in the classroom.
Rest assured: We’re in this together!
